We are pleased to share the news that our latest project has been selected for the official Minotti website. As the first project from the Balkans to be featured, Minotti recognised our commitment to creating unique architectural solutions and a dedication to superior craft.
Minotti is an Italian company with a solid reputation at an international level as an excellent expression of “Made in Italy” in the field of contemporary furniture design and ambassador of a classic-modern lifestyle in the residential and Hospitality segments.
Over the years the company has conceived a specific “Minotti code”, that has become a constant feature of every collection, always following the key principle of “innovation in the spirit of continuity”. Deeply rooted in the company's DNA, it is linked to the principles of aesthetic understatement, timeless elegance, continuity in the sign of tradition, artisan savoir-faire with great attention to sartorial details.
With this project we created a modern and elegant living space with an emphasis on functionality and aesthetics. Abundant natural light will be ensured by the specific orientation of the apartment. The design will incorporate a harmonious blend of classic and modern elements, with each bedroom featuring its own bathroom and wardrobe, and a spacious living room connected to a terrace, dining area, and kitchen to facilitate social gatherings. The specially designed media wall with an integrated fireplace, along with designer Italian furniture, will add a touch of luxury and sophistication. A glass portal will create a visual connection between the dining area and modern kitchen. The overall ambiance will exude refinement through light tones, catering to the client's preferences for modern living.
