Concept

The project of this apartment is located in a prestigious area in the tranquil part of Dedinje, Belgrade. Our goal was to design a space that primarily meets the needs of a four-member family while providing functionality and aesthetics. By integrating warm wooden tones with textured accents, combined with designer furniture pieces, we achieve a timeless elegance that, on the other hand, does not compromise the impression of comfort in a family home.

The circular foyer, which immediately speaks of the magnificent space you are entering, is emphasized by an elegant wallpaper and a chandelier that follow the room's form, indicating a spacious and bright living area.

The open kitchen towards the dining area represents a practical and modernly equipped space, where carefully selected details fit into the overall design. The lounge area with a fireplace further enriches the space, creating a comfortable environment for relaxation. Special attention is given to the working area of the apartment, providing privacy and a functional workspace.

The sleeping area, completely separated from the living area, offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and wardrobe. This spatial organization allows a clear division between public and private spaces, providing users with the necessary privacy.

Our goal was to create a space that combines functionality and aesthetics. This apartment in Dedinje is the result of careful planning and architectural approach, offering an elegant solution for modern living, a harmony of living in a space where luxury meets practicality.
